This page explains what data HYBRIDA LAB collects when you use hybridalab.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Short version: we collect the minimum we need to ship you a tee, send you the occasional drop announcement (only if you opt in), and keep anonymous analytics on how the site is used. We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.

01Who we are

HYBRIDA LAB is a streetwear label registered under Michael Whang Chang (RUC 1840000-0), based in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. References to “we,” “us,” or “HYBRIDA LAB” on this page refer to that legal owner. Contact: hybridacompany@gmail.com.

02What we collect

We collect three kinds of data:

Order data. When you place an order via WhatsApp, you share with us: your name, phone number, shipping address, and the items you ordered. This is collected through WhatsApp directly, not through this website.
Drop Alerts. If you sign up to the email list via the footer form, we store your email address. That is the only thing stored. You can unsubscribe by replying to any drop email.
Anonymous analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that does not set cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. We see aggregate pageviews, referring sources, and rough country-level location — never individual visitor profiles.

03What we don’t collect

We do not collect payment data on this site. All payments are handled offline through WhatsApp arrangement. We do not store credit card numbers, bank details, or any financial credentials. We do not use tracking pixels from Meta, Google, TikTok, or any advertising network.

04Cookies

This site uses local storage (a small chunk of your browser’s memory) to remember your cart between visits and to remember whether you’ve already subscribed to Drop Alerts. That storage stays on your device. It is not a tracking cookie and we cannot read it from our servers.

05How we use your data

To fulfil and ship the orders you place with us.
To send Drop Alert emails, but only if you signed up for them.
To answer your questions when you message us.
To understand, anonymously, what parts of the site visitors use.

06Who we share data with

We share only what’s necessary with the services that help us run the shop:

Shopify — inventory and product management (backend only).
Vercel — hosting this website.
Plausible — anonymous analytics.
WhatsApp / Meta — the channel you use to message us, subject to Meta’s own policies.
Local courier services — to deliver your order, when you place one.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone for marketing purposes.

07How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required by Paraguayan commercial and tax law. Email subscribers are kept on the list until they unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated and has no individual retention period.

08Your rights

You can, at any time:

Ask us what data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete it.
Unsubscribe from Drop Alerts.
Ask us to stop processing your data.

09Visitors from the EU / UK

We do not currently ship outside Paraguay, but if you happen to be visiting from the EU, UK, or any region governed by GDPR-equivalent law: the legal basis for processing the data described above is either your consent (for the Drop Alert email list) or our legitimate interest in running a small e-commerce site (for anonymous analytics). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10Changes to this policy

If we change anything here we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top. Substantive changes will also be announced via Drop Alerts if you’re subscribed.
