These terms govern the sale of HYBRIDA LAB products through hybridalab.com. By placing an order with us you accept the terms below.

Short version: orders are confirmed once we acknowledge them on WhatsApp. Shipping is currently Paraguay only. You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn item with tags. We don’t cover return shipping unless we made the mistake.

01The seller

HYBRIDA LAB is a registered streetwear label operated by Michael Whang Chang (RUC 1840000-0), based in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. Contact: hybridacompany@gmail.com or WhatsApp +595 992 278 070.

02Ordering

Hybridalab.com is the catalogue; the order itself is placed by sending the assembled cart to us via WhatsApp using the in-cart checkout button. Your order is not legally binding until we confirm it back on WhatsApp with stock availability and final price.

We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, the requested configuration is not available, or the request is flagged as fraud or abuse.

03Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in Paraguayan Guaraní (PYG) and include any applicable Paraguayan VAT (IVA) unless otherwise stated. Payment is arranged with us directly over WhatsApp at order confirmation — typically by local bank transfer or in-person at a Hybrida pickup point.

04Shipping

We currently ship within Paraguay only. Free shipping applies to Asunción and the Ciudad del Este metropolitan area. A delivery fee applies elsewhere in the country and will be quoted at order confirmation.

Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation, depending on courier capacity. International shipping is not currently available; this page will be updated when that changes.

05Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, sizing mislabel).
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
Exchanges are subject to stock. If your exchange size is unavailable we will offer a refund instead.
Items marked as final sale, sample sales, or custom-made / made-to-order capsules are not eligible for return.

06Product information

We do our best to represent fabric, colour, and fit accurately, but photographs are guides — actual colour can shift slightly with lighting and screen calibration. Garment dimensions on the size guide are nominal; tolerances of ±1 cm are normal.

07Intellectual property

All graphics, designs, photographs, and text on this site are the property of HYBRIDA LAB or used under licence from contributors. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

08Limitation of liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the products beyond what local consumer protection law requires. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Paraguayan law.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Asunción, Paraguay.

10Changes

We may update these terms from time to time — the “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Orders are governed by the terms in effect on the date of order placement.
